Why this exists
Build a Hooper Hub is an independently operated, free browser game for people who enjoy basketball roster debates and draft decisions. The idea is simple: take one attribute at a time, live with the tradeoffs, and see how the finished player holds up across an 82-game simulation.
What is original here
The game engine, position weights, draft modes, season model, result cards, written guides, and interface were made for this site. Player names identify the basketball players being discussed, but the grades are illustrative fan-simulation data rather than official NBA or NBA 2K ratings. We do not use official team logos, player photos, uniforms, or broadcast footage.
How the guides are written
Strategy pages are checked against the same 13-attribute weights and player pool used by the live game. Position pages are not generated by swapping a keyword into one generic article: each one includes its own weight table, donor options, draft priorities, failure cases, and a benchmark build calculated by the engine. When the game data changes, those recommendations should be reviewed too.

Found a broken result, an inappropriate leaderboard name, a factual problem, or something that is difficult to use? Email contact@buildahoopergame.com. Include the page URL and a short description. Reports about public leaderboard names are reviewed as moderation requests.
